✅ "Assignable Deed" کی نئی تعریف شامل کر دی گئی ہے (یعنی جائیداد کے حقوق کی منتقلی کا باقاعدہ طریقہ)

✅ سٹامپ ڈیوٹی اب شہری اور دیہی علاقوں میں یکساں کر دی گئی ہے

12 ماہ کے اندر ٹرانسفر پر: 1% سٹامپ ڈیوٹی

12 ماہ کے بعد ٹرانسفر پر: 2% سٹامپ ڈیوٹی

✅ مختلف معاملات میں سٹامپ ڈیوٹی کو کم کر کے 3% سے 1% کر دیا گیا ہے
